Pictured above is Mr. T. Donald Perkins an early member of our church (1930’s-1970’s).  In 1925, he purchased the Goldfinch Pharmacy at the corner of Goldfinch and Washington Streets and changed the name to Ace Drug Store.

Does anyone remember this local business which had a soda fountain, cosmetics counter, post office, and a local branch of the public library!
