The Youth Group, lead by Claudia, volunteered at Friends of Cats, a no kill cat shelter and sanctuary center in East County. The group met for lunch and then help out at the shelter visiting with, grooming and playing with cats to ensure their socialization and to help new arrivals overcome relinquishment anxiety or depression.
