The Youth Group’s 2026 Murder Mystery Dinner Theater was a great success, and we raised sufficient funds to cover the cost of building materials and our transportation to Mexico for the home build at the end of February!
The Rev. Neil Down welcomed us all to St. Frideswide’s, a gem of a 13th century church set in a small village in the heart of the English countryside where everyone was excitedly preparing for the church’s 750th anniversary. Representatives of the local community and church were attending the opening night of the festivities. All the important people from the village were there. Unfortunately, so was a murderer! Tragically, Rev. Down was poisoned in the middle of his opening address and when D.I. Barney Bee arrived to investigate, he found a multiplicity of motives among the guests.
In addition to acting, the youth group also prepared and served a three course meal, which was enjoyed by all.
